6 June — Registration of Off-Plan Sales Amendments

1. On 1 June 2022, the Board of Directors of the Abu Dhabi Global Market (the “Board”) enacted the regulations and rules set out in paragraph 3 and 4, annexed to this notice (the “Regulations” and “Rules”).

2. The Board has directed the Regulations and Rules to be published and accordingly they are hereby published on 6 June 2022.

3. The Regulations are:

a) Off-Plan Sales Register Regulations 2022; and
b) Real Property Regulations (Amendment No. 1) 2022

4. The Rules are:

a) Off-Plan Sales Register Regulations (Fees) Rules 2022; and
b) Real Property Regulations (Fees) Rules 2022.
