Using Sign in with Apple for your Ten Percent Happier Account
Ten Percent Happier supports Sign in with Apple for app accounts and purchases made through our website and Apple's App Store.
When you create an account using Sign in with Apple you'll be given the option to either Share or Hide your email address. If you choose Hide my Email when you set up your Ten Percent Happier account, we can only see the unique address Apple assigns to your account. We won't be able to look up your account using your email address. Sign in with Apple will authenticate your account using Touch ID, Face ID, or your device passcode and you won't have a password for your Ten Percent Happier account. Using Sign in with Apple with Ten Percent Happier
If you created your Ten Percent Happier account or subscription using Sign in with Apple then you'll also need to use that method to sign in on your iPhone or iPad. If you haven't downloaded the free app, please do that now. Check out Download the Ten Percent Happier App if you need help getting the app on your device.
When you open the app you should see the screen below. The screen should have two options which are "Get Started" and "Already have an account? Sign In." If you don't, please use our Help Center instructions at Sign Out of the Ten Percent Happier App to get back to this screen.
- Tap on the words Sign In at the bottom of the screen.
- Tap the black Sign in with Apple button.
- Finish the Sign in with Apple process using your fingerprint or Face ID to authenticate your account.
